Introduction of Processing Examples

We will introduce a case where the process was shortened by changing from press processing to a blanking press line!

Here is a case study that demonstrates how changing from an existing process to a different one created significant benefits for our customer. The customer was considering processing with a single-action press, which required the mother coil to be leveled and cut before pressing, resulting in the production of cut sheets. This process was time-consuming and costly, which was a concern for the customer. Therefore, we proposed a change from single-action press processing to blanking press processing, a change made possible by our large-scale equipment. Initially, the customer did not believe that such thickness could be processed with a blanking press, but they were very satisfied with the significant potential and benefits of the blanking press that emerged from our perspective shift. [Case Study] ■ Challenge - The need for leveling and cutting the mother coil before pressing, which is time-consuming and costly. ■ Solution - Direct blanking processing from the coil. ■ Effects of Process Change - Reduction in processing time. - Decrease in manufacturing costs. - By providing a one-stop solution, we reduced intermediate management costs and burdens on subcontractors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
